Job summary

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience, strong SQL skills (2+ years), and knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS, Windows OS, and BD product integration within hospital workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Microsoft SQL experience (2+ years) and ability to write queries and analyze data.
• Exposure to SSIS and SQL Reporting Services.
• Experience with Windows Server and desktop administration.
• Knowledge of networking terminology and ports.
• Understanding of XML language and log review.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an ES 1.1x upgrade team for timely communication and support.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements for ES 1.1x remediation.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain knowledge of BD products in hospital IT environments.
• Provide customer service via phone and email with clear case notes in Salesforce.
• Maintain data quality and provide progress updates to customers.
