Job summary

Ladders is seeking a MedTech Project Manager, MedSurg Professional Svcs for a nationwide remote role to lead end-to-end implementation projects in healthcare environments. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of complex customer-facing initiatives.

The role requires strong execution across planning, communication, risk management, and stakeholder alignment to support effective go-lives and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, IT, engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare IT, medical-device implementation, SaaS implementation, or related project management.
• Experience leading complex customer-facing projects with multiple workstreams.
• Working knowledge of IT systems, hospital practices, and hardware/software deployment; EHR integration preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of digital implementation projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Lead project meetings, including kickoffs and milestone reviews.
• Serve as liaison among customers, internal teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and coordinate implementation activities for medical-device systems and related infrastructure.
• Guide project activities through all phases, from planning to closure, ensuring clear ownership of next steps.
• Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, escalating critical concerns as necessary.
