Qualifications
- Minimum 15+ years of IT experience with hands-on leadership
- 5+ years in a managerial/leadership role
- Deep knowledge of healthcare processes, especially Medicaid
- Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and related technologies
- Strong background in project management methodologies
Responsibilities
- Oversee healthcare product delivery from design through deployment and support
- Build and maintain cloud-native applications
- Lead a team of Scrum Masters and managers to address project challenges
- Supervise the delivery team and manage performance
- Assign daily tasks to technical personnel to meet milestones
- Ensure adherence to processes and timely realization of product vision
- Develop comprehensive project plans aligning customer requirements with business goals
