Job summary

WellBe, a physician-led, advanced practice clinician driven geriatric care team, provides in-home care for frail, elderly Medicare Advantage patients with concierge-level medical care and social support across the care continuum.

The role focuses on supporting WellBe patients remotely, scheduling visits, handling inquiries, and delivering compassionate service. It requires strong communication, data-entry accuracy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

• Support the WellBe team in acquiring new patients and scheduling in-home visits.
• Serve as the first point of contact, introducing patients to WellBe's services and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Navigate tough conversations, handle objections, and address patient needs with empathy.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with data entry, Google Workspace, Excel, and call center software.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Work Location & Pay:

• 100% remote role for candidates within 50 miles of Chicago, Atlanta, Columbus, Cincinnati, Rochester, or Pittsburgh.
• Competitive hourly pay of $20-$24 based on experience.
