• Experience in regulated industries like healthcare or insurance is preferred
• Must complete interview assessment and MSCC testing (notes)

Responsabilidades

• Resolve complaints and inquiries from members, providers, and other stakeholders in writing, in person, and by phone
• Provide information on health plan coverage, claims, eligibility, referrals, and delivery system issues
• Support issue resolution for appointment access, billing, referrals, and physician selection
