TEKsystems is seeking a Remote Customer Service Rep to handle inbound/outbound calls from members and providers, ensuring a high level of service and accurate data input. You will assist members eligible for the Silver Sneakers program under Medicare plans, maintaining professionalism at all times.

The role is a 3-month contract with potential conversion to permanent positions for top performers. Training runs 9:00am-5:30pm EST, and hours are Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST, fully remote across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Windows and MS Office.
• Ability to adapt messaging to audience.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from members and providers, inputs data, and provides a high level of customer service always extending courtesy and professionalism.
• Assist members eligible for the Silver Sneakers program through specific Medicare plans.
