Job summary

CommunityCare, Inc. seeks a Medicare enrollment specialist to promote and enroll eligible individuals in Medicare and Individual Health Plan products through outbound/inbound calls, appointments, and community events.

You will travel locally to reach prospective members and conduct seminars, maintaining accurate records in our systems. The role requires strong communication, customer service, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in insurance sales, health insurance, or related field.
• Current Oklahoma Life and Health Insurance license preferred; must obtain licensure within 45 days of hire if not licensed.
• Ability to travel locally for appointments, meetings, seminars, and events.

Responsibilities

• Explain plan products, benefits, premiums, and enrollment options to prospective and current members.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective members and follow up on inquiries and enrollment opportunities.
• Respond to inbound calls from prospective members; answer questions about plan benefits, eligibility, premiums, and enrollment.
• Engage with eligible beneficiaries in person through community events, appointments, and seminars.
• Maintain accurate member and prospect information in applicable databases and systems.
• Prepare and mail enrollment materials, product information, and enrollment packets.
• Monitor and apply current Medicare, federal, state, and company regulations to sales activities.
• Perform other duties as required.
