Job summary

Dahl Consulting is seeking a Health Plan Specialist – Commercial for a fully remote, telephonic role with a Minnesota-based client serving Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial members. You will handle high-volume inbound calls, resolving complex questions about benefits, billing, and enrollment with empathy and accuracy.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of call center experience, with training provided and availability for 8:00 AM–9:00 PM CST shifts on weekdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of call center experience.
• Preferred: health insurance-related customer service experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ability to use multi-screen setups.

Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 50–70 calls per day during peak season.
• Provide end-to-end resolution with documentation to ensure complete, accurate outcomes.
• Deliver respectful, empathetic service on benefits, billing, and enrollment.
• Work any shift between 8:00 AM–9:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday.
