Job summary

Conduent is hiring for a Remote Call Center Representative to handle healthcare-related inquiries, including benefits, enrollment, eligibility, and claims. The role emphasizes one-call resolution, empathy, and accurate information across multiple client systems.

Training lasts six weeks, with paid onboarding and benefits beginning on day one. The position requires at least 6 months of customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree.
• Successful completion of a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance.
• Background check required.
• Home workspace must be distraction-free with reliable internet and equipment provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage a steady volume of incoming calls regarding benefits, enrollment, eligibility, invoicing, claims and related topics.
• Explain Medicare Part D, Part C Medicare Advantage Programs and DSNP; answer questions about program levels.
• Actively listen to understand customer needs and perform callbacks or follow-ups as needed.
• Strive for one-call resolution and take necessary actions to resolve member issues.
• Navigate the member’s plan benefits and use client resources while complying with regulatory guidelines.
• CSR uses multiple client systems to provide accurate information.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and maintain politeness and focus on servicing the caller.
