You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate patient care, maintain medical records, and help ensure smooth daily operations while protecting patient confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in medical offices or healthcare administration, familiarity with HIPAA, EMR/EHR systems, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare administration.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements.
• Experience using EMR/EHR systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Maintain and update patient records in EMR/EHR systems.
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and follow-up appointments.
• Prepare and manage medical documentation.
• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
