Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage prior authorizations and related administrative paperwork.
• Document new patient intake.
• Manage appointment bookings and cancellations.
• Input patient information into EMR/EHR systems.
• Process insurance claims and verify insurance info.
• Respond to incoming patient inquiries.
• Assist in analyzing healthcare data and preparing reports.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate medical records sending as directed.
