Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical fields or pharmaceutical-related industry.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant.
• Excellent English communication skills, C1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Document new patient and referral intake.
• Manage appointment bookings, cancellations and rescheduling.
• Input patient data, medical records and billing into EMR/EHR.
• Process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries.
• Respond to patient inquiries and direct to healthcare professionals.
• Assist in healthcare data analysis, reporting and record keeping.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Coordinate sending medical records as directed by the Managing Physician.
• Complete ad hoc tasks as needed.
