Job summary

INDIGO is seeking a non-clinical remote healthcare professional to engage with patients, gather medical histories, and ensure accurate medical records. You will work remotely, communicating in English and Spanish, and follow structured templates to maintain data quality.

A one-week in-person onboarding is required at our Pasadena location, with supportive training and clear performance metrics. This role offers meaningful work with exposure to healthcare operations and a structured workflow.

Qualifications

• Non-clinical remote healthcare role.
• Fluency in Spanish is required (English also required).
• Experience collecting medical histories using structured templates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls with patients to gather detailed medical histories in English and Spanish.
• Document information accurately using templates and internal systems.
• Review medical records for completeness, clarity, and consistency.
• Organize and standardize medical information to meet quality standards.
• Ensure patient histories are thorough and easy for physicians to interpret.
• Follow established workflows and documentation protocols.
• Partner with operations to continuously improve processes and quality.
