Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Medical Management Quality & Training Manager to lead QA and professional development across medical management operations in a fully remote capacity. You will oversee a Quality and Training team, develop onboarding and continuing education programs, and leverage audits and metrics to drive improvements for members and clients.

You will partner with Medical Management and Cross-Functional teams to standardize processes, enhance reporting, and communicate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in case/medical management, quality assurance, training, or healthcare operations.
• Experience in a TPAs, carriers, or healthcare org is preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory or people-management experience.
• Ability to translate audit findings into measurable improvements.
• Experience designing onboarding and continuing education programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Quality and Training team, set performance expectations, and allocate resources.
• Design and maintain onboarding and continuing education programs with modules and assessments.
• Identify learning needs with department leaders and standardize onboarding practices.
• Oversee quality audits, calibration, scorecards, and review processes.
• Translate quality findings into targeted education and performance improvements.
• Analyze audit results and metrics to identify systemic gaps and opportunities.
• Develop data-driven training recommendations and optimize workflows.
• Evaluate impact of initiatives through competency reviews and stakeholder feedback.
• Produce client-facing value narratives and reports demonstrating impact.
