Allied Benefit Systems, LLC is seeking a Manager, Medical Management Quality & Training to lead the Quality and Training function within the Medical Management teams. The role designs onboarding and continuing education, oversees audits, analyzes trends, and translates findings into training, process improvements, and stronger client reporting.

You will collaborate with Medical Management, Client Management, Growth Marketing, and cross-functional teams to improve employee readiness and member

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years in case management, medical management, quality, or related areas.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience leading diverse teams.
• Experience conducting quality audits and translating findings into improvements.
• Proven ability to design onboarding and continuing education programs.
• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach the Quality and Training team with clear performance expectations.
• Design, deliver, and maintain onboarding and continuing education programs.
• Oversee quality auditing standards, scorecards, and review processes.
• Analyze quality metrics and population trends to drive targeted improvements.
• Collaborate across departments to align training with client needs and value delivery.
