Job summary

LabConnect is seeking a Manager, Quality Operations to lead the QA program for our central laboratory services, ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity across clinical trials. This remote role reports to QA leadership and partners with SMEs, vendors, and study teams to drive continuous quality improvement.

You will manage Quality Events, CAPA processes, audits, and training, while mentoring teams in root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required.
• Minimum 4 years in a central lab or clinical trial lab with 2+ years in quality management.
• Professional QA certifications optional but beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System across central lab operations.
• Oversee Quality Events, CAPA, investigations, and regulator-facing audits.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, CLIA, CAP, FDA, EMA guidelines.
