Allied Benefit Systems seeks a Manager for Medical Management Quality & Training to lead onboarding, education programs, and quality audits. You will translate findings into practical training, process improvements, and stronger client reporting, partnering with Medical Management, Client Management, Growth Marketing, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in case management, medical management, quality, training, or related healthcare operations.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or people-leadership experience.
• Experience conducting or overseeing quality audits and translating findings into improvements.
• Experience designing onboarding and continuing education programs.
• Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills for evaluating quality metrics and trends.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across Medical Management, Client Management, Growth Marketing and other teams.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and remote or blended learning tools preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Quality and Training team with clear expectations.
• Design, deliver, and maintain onboarding and continuing education programs.
• Partner with leaders to standardize onboarding and training across Medical Management.
• Oversee quality auditing standards, calibration, and feedback-driven improvements.
• Analyze audit results, quality metrics, and population trends to identify gaps and improvements.
• Evaluate program effectiveness via competency reviews and audits.
• Ensure client reporting communicates value and outcomes clearly.
• Collaborate to align quality and training priorities with client needs and external materials.
• Advise on recommendations with rationale, impact, and resource needs.
• Support improvement of learning tech, reporting, and quality-monitoring tools.
• Other duties as assigned.
