Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a Medical Payment Poster for a fully remote position with on-site meetings as needed. You will post and reconcile insurance and patient payments, review EOBs/ERAs, and support the revenue cycle. The role requires at least two years in medical billing and a high school diploma, with CPB preferred.

The team collaborates across billing, coding, and AR functions. The ideal candidate excels at attention to detail, problem solving, and maintaining HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of professional experience in medical payment posting, medical billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management.
• Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or equivalent billing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Posts and reconciles insurance and patient payments.
• Researches and resolves payment discrepancies while supporting revenue cycle operations.
• Monitors payment posting operations and maintains compliance.
