Job summary

Global Medical Virtual Assistants is seeking a Virtual Medical Manager to lead a team of Medical Client-VA pairs and ensure delivery aligns with client expectations. You will plan, supervise operations, solve issues, and drive profitability by translating client needs into actionable tasklists.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare/remote management, strong English, and a proactive mindset. Night shifts may be required, and MS Office plus Google Suite proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
• At least three years of Healthcare/Medical Management/ Remote Management experience.
• Highly proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Able to work under pressure with high-level professionals in a team.
• Self-starter, organized with growth mindset; one year of training/development experience preferred.
• Ability to think outside the box and create solutions; proficient with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Open to night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving of a team of Medical Client-VA pairs to meet targets.
• Partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability of their businesses and Client-VA pairs.
• Collaborate with clients to grow their businesses using Global Medical services as Virtual Medical Manager.
• Manage Medical Client-VA relationships and client needs across Global Medical’s services (escalations, negotiations, etc.).
