Job summary

Danone North America Medical Nutrition is seeking a Specialty Territory Manager to plan and manage commercial initiatives that meet sales targets. You will drive market development, coordinate demos, and support hospital formulary approvals across the US.

The role requires 1–8 years in sales, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and preferably a Registered Dietitian. It offers a hybrid work model with significant field travel and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing, Nutrition, or related field.
• A minimum of 1-8 years of recent sales or equivalent related work experience, aligned with the level of the role.
• Registered Dietitian preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% of monthly, quarterly, annual sales plan.
• Plan and develop the market for existing and new products; optimize materials and demos.
• Drive demand via hospital formulary approvals and exposure to Health Care Providers.
• Drive prescriptions and discharge orders; conduct community awareness events.
• Develop partnerships with distribution and home care; provide training and support.
