Job summary

Pride Health is hiring a Remote Medical Customer Support to support our client's healthcare team in Lees Summit, MO. The position runs on a 3-month contract with potential extensions and requires outbound interviewing of life insurance applicants.

Training occurs on the same 10–7 shift, with Saturday rotation. You will use C4, Dialer and Avaya systems to document calls and ensure compliance while delivering concierge-level customer service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in life insurance, medical terminology, and customer service preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle sensitive information with care.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to life insurance applicants and complete interviews or leave messages.
• Gather medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during interviews.
• Review and edit information collection for quality assurance.
