Job summary

INDIGO is seeking a detail-oriented, non-clinical, remote healthcare teammate to speak with patients, collect and organize medical histories, and help maintain accurate records. You will follow templates and training to ensure consistency and quality across cases.

Responsibilities include outbound calls in English and Spanish, documenting histories precisely, reviewing records for completeness, and collaborating with the operations team to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical scribing or healthcare administrative roles (nice to have).
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to follow structured workflows and templates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls with patients to collect detailed medical and injury histories in English and Spanish.
• Listen actively and document information with high accuracy using templates and systems.
• Review medical records for completeness, clarity, and consistency.
• Organize and standardize medical information to meet quality standards.
• Ensure patient histories are thorough and easy for physicians to interpret.
