HireSource Solutions is seeking a remote Field Service Installer for a well-established medical device company delivering imaging and electromechanical systems to hospitals nationwide. The role requires extensive travel to customer sites, precise installation, and on-site collaboration with clinical staff.

You will unpack equipment, assemble and test systems, follow installation plans, and document work while meeting regulatory safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent education/military training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to document work accurately with minimal supervision.
• Proven problem-solving skills for adapting to on-site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install medical capital equipment following procedures and manufacturer specs.
• Unpack, inspect, and document shipments and any damage.
• Assemble, wire, configure, and test systems to meet acceptance criteria.
• Follow site plans and checklists, flagting deviations.
• Collaborate with installation crew and customer staff on readiness and progress.
• Document installation reports, time records, and expenses.
