When you join our diverse team, you will collaborate and learn alongside employees from all areas of our company. We are dedicated to giving our employees a home for personal and professional growth.

We will train you to succeed in your role from day one. We provide opportunities for growth and advancement including career pathways, development opportunities, and a hands-on training program. After the initial training phase, you will have the option to achieve internal certifications and grow into a lead installer role.

A snapshot of this role:

  • Learn all aspects of the installations process from an experience lead installer (on-site job training).
  • Setup control rooms and equipment.
  • Pull and connect power cables.
  • Perform startups of the devices.

  • Please note! The pay range for this position is $21.07 to $24.24 hourly. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, and experience.
What makes a successful team member:
  • You are able and willing to travel extensively without any restrictions as we do operate nationwide.

  • You can lift and move up to 80 lbs. and fulfil other physical requirements customary for this role incl. climbing ladders, working in smaller confined spaces or aloft, etc.
  • Identify wire and cable colours.
  • You can work within hospital environments, around live imaging systems, and complete our pre-employment screening processes which includes background and physical checks and drug testing.
  • You bring basic relevant industry experiences or vocational training and have a passion for mechanics, technology, and precision work. Previous Installation experience of Medical Imaging Equipment with major OEMS is a plus!
