Job summary

Natus Medical is seeking a Medical Education & Clinical Program Coordinator to manage the operational delivery of global education programs. This role partners with internal stakeholders, faculty, and clinical partners to coordinate in-person, virtual, and hybrid events from planning to follow-up.

The position emphasizes strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a service-oriented mindset to ensure compliant, high-quality programs across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, communications, or a related field preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in program coordination, event planning, medical education, or a related role.
• Experience supporting healthcare, medical device, or clinical programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end program logistics for global medical education and clinical engagement programs.
• Support in-person, virtual, and hybrid events with attention to quality and compliance.
• Assist with training academies, workshops, and education seminars for consistent participant experience.
• Manage data, tracking, and reporting for program milestones and compliance.
• Support advisory boards, contracting workflows, and communications with advisors.
• Oversee purchase orders, expense tracking, and documentation for audits.
• Generate program participation and performance reports; ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Operations across regions.
