Qualifications

• Must hold RN licensure in Maryland or be eligible for licensure in Maryland.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
• Minimum 3 years in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programming for clinical practice.
• AHA CPR/BL S and instructor credentials or ability to attain.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, implement, and evaluate hospital core orientation and interprofessional orientation.
• Lead and coordinate educational programming across departments.
• Assess learning needs and collaborate with nursing leadership to update core orientation.
• Mentor staff and drive continuous improvement in patient care processes.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting standards (CARF, TJC) and regulatory requirements.
