Job summary

Penumbra, Inc. is seeking an experienced Medical Education Program Specialist to plan and execute medical education programs across its product lines.

The role involves coordinating site selection, lodging, catering, and attendee logistics with third-party vendors and internal teams. You will travel to events nationwide, assist with on-site setup, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure accurate educational messaging and materials, while maintaining strict regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience coordinating, organizing and facilitating training in a professional education environment.
• Understanding of compliance programs and medical procedures/practices preferred.
• Experience in medical device/pharma or regulated industry is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute medical education programs across Penumbra’s product lines.
• Manage attendee logistics, registrations, and site selection.
• Coordinate with product, sales, and marketing teams on educational content and materials.
• Travel to events nationwide and assist with on-site setup and teardown.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Support follow-up activities including sunshine reporting and reimbursements.
