Job summary

AMOpportunities is seeking a Medical Education – Network Development Coordinator to build and expand its national clinical network by engaging physicians, PAs, NPs, and healthcare organizations. The role offers remote work with periodic collaboration and an office option in Chicago.

Candidates should bring 3+ years in clinical education or related fields and strong credentialing knowledge. You will manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline, utilize HubSpot, and drive measurable partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, clinical coordination, credentialing, or a related healthcare field strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding KPIs, quotas, or performance metrics in a goal-oriented environment, or deadlines in a clinical education environment.
• Experience working with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and/or healthcare organizations preferred.
• Strong understanding of provider credentialing processes, including licensure verification, board certification, Nursys, NCCPA, and related healthcare documentation.
• Experience managing CRM-based recruitment or business development pipelines; HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence healthcare professionals, navigate objections, and build long-term professional relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and consistently execute documented processes while exercising sound judgment and independent decision-making.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives, adapt to changing placement needs, and maintain urgency without sacrificing accuracy.
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and ownership with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand AMO's clinical network by identifying, engaging, and recruiting physicians, PAs, NPs, and clinical training sites through strategic outreach.
• Own a high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting through onboarding readiness, prioritizing opportunities and meeting performance expectations.
• Leverage HubSpot and other tech tools to manage the outreach pipeline with accurate documentation and data-driven strategy.
• Guide prospective partners from initial outreach through onboarding readiness following SOPs and ensuring detail-oriented handoffs.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Operations, and cross-functional teams to meet school partner needs and placement timelines.
• Communicate professionally with external partners and internal stakeholders, leveraging LinkedIn and other networks to generate opportunities.
