Job summary

Spear Education, LLC is seeking a Manager, Clinical Learning Programs to lead the operational delivery of its clinical learning initiatives. You will partner with renowned clinicians and cross-functional teams to move programs from concept to launch, ensuring quality and timely delivery while leveraging AI-powered content workflows.

You will own production calendars, coordinate SME reviews, and use data to improve learning experiences across multiple formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating work with clinicians, SMEs, vendors, or technical professionals.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with clinical or technical subject matter.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day production calendar for clinical learning programs.
• Coordinate review cycles, feedback, and approvals with SMEs.
• Support AI-assisted content development workflows and new production tools.
• Monitor engagement and outcomes data to inform program improvements.
• Collaborate with Instructional Design, Product, Platform, and Clinical teams to align priorities.
