Job summary

McGraw Hill is seeking a Lead Medical Education Consultant to partner with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to drive adoption of medical education solutions across undergraduate and graduate programs. You will apply clinical expertise to align products with curricula and accreditation standards.

The role is remote in the United States, with travel up to 30% and opportunities to influence product strategy through customer insights and thought leadership.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified MD or DO with clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Minimum 7 years of faculty experience and active faculty status preferred.
  • Familiarity with LCME/COCA accreditation processes and medical curricula required.
  • Sales/business development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Train and develop the sales and customer success team on medical education topics and accreditation frameworks.
  • Provide expert credibility and guidance throughout the sales cycle with pre- and post-sales engagement.
  • Meet with existing and prospective customers to understand institutional needs and deliver consultative solutions.
  • Build relationships with medical educators and institutional leaders through conferences and networks.
  • Represent McGraw Hill at medical education conferences and professional associations.
  • Advise on products/solutions that align with customer needs and curricula.
