Lingraphica is seeking a Clinical Documentation Specialist (Temporary & Remote) to collect medical documentation from providers, support the post-trial sales process, and ensure timely insurance approvals for Speech Generating Devices. The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, strong communication with clinicians, clients, and care teams, and meticulous CRM data management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service or healthcare experience is required.
• Experience with Adobe, Microsoft Suite, HubSpot or other CRM, cloud-based phone systems, video meetings (e.g., Zoom), and instant messaging (e.g., Slack) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain medical documentation and prescriptions from prescribers to support sale and funding.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM (HubSpot) and ensure pipeline progression.
• Communicate with Speech Language Pathologists, clients, care providers, and prescribers.
• Document activities and correspondence timely using internal tools.
