Lingraphica is seeking a dedicated trainer to support post-sale device training for individuals with communication challenges and their care partners. You will tailor programs to each user, from single sessions to ongoing check-ins.

The role involves conducting one-on-one and small group sessions, facilitating group trainings via the Device Users Community, and documenting interactions in CRM while sharing feedback with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA with at least 2 years of AAC training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM tools.
• Strong communication and adaptive training skills.
