Job summary

Siemens Healthineers offers a remote Customer Service Engineer 2 role servicing DX Equipment across Pensacola, FL / Mobile, AL, and Gulfport, MS. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems at customer sites with minimal supervision, train operators, and manage assets and budget within your territory.

Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, as is a valid driver's license and 7+ years of field service experience in biomedical engineering or diagnostics

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment, with the ability to work both individually and in an established team setting.
• Proficiency in all necessary network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools).
• 7+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments needed.

Responsibilities

• Service DX Equipment in Pensacola, FL / Mobile, AL, and Gulfport, MS area.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens systems at customer sites.
• Deliver timely repairs and train operators for optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage territory financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and inventory.
