Qualifications

• Experience servicing medical imaging equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships and perform admin duties accurately.
• Experience testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Proficient with service tools and test equipment and basic network applications.

Responsibilities

• Service Medical Imaging Equipment in the Memphis, TN area.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Deliver timely repairs and train operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage territory financials, meeting budgets for revenue, expense control, and inventory.
• Manage company assets including car, phone, computer, tools, and parts.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers, and perform administrative duties accurately.
