Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Service Engineer 2 to service DX equipment across Pensacola, FL, Mobile, AL and Gulfport, MS. This remote role supports customer sites with minimal supervision and offers a structured 1st shift schedule.

Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and operator training to ensure peak system performance and satisfaction. You will also manage territory budgets and company assets.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
Proficiency with tools and service test equipment, able to work solo or in a team.
Proficiency with network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM Engineer Tools).
7+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
Valid driver's license and good driving record; able to drive day and night.
Physical requirements: lifting 50lbs, climbing, bending, and related tasks.

Responsibilities

Service DX Equipment in Pensacola, FL / Mobile, AL, and Gulfport, MS area; level based on experience.
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision.
Deliver timely repairs and train operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
Manage financial performance within territory, including revenue, expenses, and inventory management.
Manage company assets (car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory).
Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers; perform necessary administrative duties accurately.
