Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a Customer Service Engineer to service DX laboratory diagnostics equipment around Bowling Green, KY. You will install, diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance with minimal supervision while delivering training for operators to ensure peak performance.

The role requires 5+ years in medical technology or field service, a valid driver's license, and strong customer relations skills. A company car and tools are provided, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with network applications and tools (eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM Engineer Tools).
• 5+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.

Responsibilities

• Service DX (Laboratory Diagnostics) equipment in the Bowling Green, KY area.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs and training to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage financial performance within territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue, expense, and inventory.
• Manage company assets including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.
