Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to service DX equipment in the London, KY and Hazard, KY areas. You will install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on medical systems with minimal supervision.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, proficiency with service test equipment and network tools, and a valid driver's license. A technical associate’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience servicing DX diagnostic instruments and performing maintenance.
• Strong customer relations and administrative competency.

Responsibilities

• You will service DX (Laboratory Diagnostics) equipment in the London, KY and Hazard, KY areas, with level based on experience.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Deliver timely repairs and train operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage territory financial performance, including revenue, expenses and inventory.
• Maintain company assets such as vehicle, devices and tools, and perform necessary admin duties.
