Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to generate revenue in a Greater Boston Area territory, selling a diverse line of medical diagnostic products to Dr. Offices and Clinics.

The role involves full sales cycle execution, prospecting, and coordination with account teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Base pay ranges from $53,600 to $73,700 annually, with incentive opportunities and location-based considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Sales experience preferred; medical equipment background a plus.
• Strong Word/Excel skills and CRM system experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with nurses through C-level decision makers.
• Analytical and sales planning skills with forecasting ability.

Responsibilities

• Call on current and prospective Acute and Primary Care customers in your assigned territory.
• Partner with executives, clinical staff and product management to offer end-to-end solutions.
• Sell Welch Allyn products via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Manage full sales cycle including forecasting and qualification of opportunities.
• Extensive prospecting, lead qualification and opportunity generation; schedule demos as needed.
• Apply business intelligence and sales analytics to improve opportunities.
• Complete Salesforce updates and other administrative tasks.
