Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Sales Associate to represent their portfolio to doctors and nurses in hospitals. You will train on the Patient Support Systems, support territory sales, and help new team members while meeting corporate goals. This role covers Indianapolis and Southern Illinois with up to 75% travel.

Base pay ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 annually, plus potential sales incentives. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Two+ years of sales experience.
• Outstanding communication skills and public speaking.
• High level of motivation, drive, resilience, dedication, and integrity.
• Excellent influential skills.
• Ability to implement strong strategy plans and to bring tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide product in-service training for Patient Support Systems in hospital settings.
• Support territory sales activities and train new sales team members.
• Ensure educational programs meet corporate and customer goals.
• Act as liaison between the team and customers.
• Work directly with the sales team and customers.
• Participate in delivery/implementation planning activities for customer meetings and trainings.
• Drive new sales opportunities while maintaining existing business.
• Meet quotas monthly/quarterly/annually.
• Conduct negotiations and finalize sales.
• Lead installation of new products post-delivery to customers.
