Job summary

Acumed LLC in the United States is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to exceed sales quotas in an OR-focused role, delivering products on time and providing high-quality technical assistance.

The ASR will identify new business opportunities, execute targeted sales strategies, and maintain CRM records while ensuring compliance with AdvaMed and company policies. Travel to customers and hospital environments may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or medical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of demonstrated successful sales experience (medical device sector preferred).
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and surgical personnel.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategies, and product demonstrations.
• Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Must obtain hospital credentials.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute business plans to identify and close new business.
• Identify needs of prospects and deliver tailored responses.
• Perform field sales calls for assigned accounts and territory.
• Provide post-sale follow up including delivery coordination.
• Communicate product updates and changes to accounts.
• Cross-sell products and introduce new offerings.
• Maintain customer records in the CRM.
• Ensure compliance with AdvaMed and company policies.
• Attend tradeshows and sales meetings as needed.
