Job summary

Draeger, Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive for trusted maintenance and repair contract sales across the Midwest. The role is home-based with travel in IL, IN, OH, MI, SD, ND, IA, Northern KY, MO, requiring residence in the covered territory.

You will master product functions, customer needs, and competitive offerings to drive growth and achieve quota within a complex sales environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business or related field; MBA a plus.
• Three years of sales experience in a related field; clinical sales or applications experience with product a plus.
• Experience in a strategic and complex selling environment.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and relationship building skills.
• Consultative selling skills and ability to translate customer needs into business value.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), DMI quote/DMI CRM software; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales through account qualification, aligning products to customer workflow, product demonstration, quoting, and closing.
• Manage the sales cycle and drive to close, ensuring sales quota is achieved in all assigned categories.
• Provide account follow up and support, coordinate with Customer Support, Service Management, Capital Sales and Marketing.
• Implement and drive Draeger sales programs in the assigned territory.
• Maintain communication with internal teams to share competitive and market information.
