Job summary

Draeger, Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive for Medical Device Maintenance and Repair Contract Sales. This home-based role covers the Midwest with up to 50% travel, primarily within IL, IN, OH, MI, and adjacent states.

You will develop product understanding, align offerings to customer workflows, demonstrate products, quote, and drive to close while meeting quotas. The role requires a BS/BA in business or related field, sales experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or related field (MBA a plus).
• Three years of sales experience in a related field, clinical sales a plus.
• Experience in strategic and complex selling environments preferred.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and relationship building skills.
• Consultative selling: translate customer needs into business value.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales through account qualification, product positioning, demonstrations, quoting, and closing.
• Manage the sales cycle and drive to close, meeting quotas across categories.
• Provide follow-up and cross-department coordination for customer satisfaction.
• Implement and drive Draeger sales programs in the territory.
• Maintain customer information, qualification, funnel management, and forecasting.
