Job summary

Ferno is seeking a Field Service Representative to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair medical devices at customer sites across the Oklahoma City area. This role emphasizes ensuring optimal device performance, minimizing downtime, and delivering excellent service to healthcare providers.

You will travel frequently (up to 75%), perform calibration and safety checks, train clinical staff, and document service activities in accordance with FDA/ISO standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of field service, medical device support, or related technical role.
• Strong understanding of electronics and medical equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test medical devices at customer facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and safety checks.
• Troubleshoot and repair devices and diagnose issues.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Train clinical staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Maintain service documentation and compliance records.
• Manage service territory and coordinate with 3rd party resources.
• Assist in identifying service contract renewals or upgrades.
