Qualifications

• National coding certification through AAPC or AHIMA.
• 5+ years of medical coding experience (inpatient, outpatient, or professional services).
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficient in ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT and HCPCS coding guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage client service level agreement metrics and drive monthly client meetings.
• Collaborate with QA teams on coding quality issues and accuracy."
• Lead a team including performance reviews and development of Team Members.
• Provide and review periodic status reports to leadership and clients.
