Qualifications

• Professional CPC coder certification with credentialing from AHIMA and/or AAPC.
• 3+ years of medical coding experience in pro‑fee coding.
• 1+ years in supervisory or lead experience with coaching and evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the coding team and provide coaching.
• Monitor productivity and quality metrics to meet benchmarks.
• Lead staff scheduling, PTO, and coverage; conduct team meetings.
• Ensure coding accuracy per ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and payer rules.
• Oversee workflow, resolve denials, and collaborate with departments.
