Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Medical Coding experience required.
• Experience with Professional Fee Coding.
• Experience with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assign principal and secondary diagnoses/procedures by reviewing documentation.
• Review records to determine diagnoses and procedures for accurate coding.
• Ensure correct code selection following guidelines and regulations.
• Code to optimize DRG/APC/payments and reimbursement.
