24-MAG LLC offers a remote contracting opportunity for experienced Medical Coders with CPC certification. You will review clinical records, assign ICD-10 and CPT codes, and apply E/M guidelines while ensuring coding accuracy across varied clinical documentation.

Ideal candidates have CPC, strong ICD-10/CPT knowledge, and the ability to explain coding decisions clearly. Remote, independent contractor engagement with hourly compensation is provided.

Qualifications

• Requires active CPC certification (AAPC).
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding.
• Solid understanding of E/M guidelines and coding across diverse records.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical records and assign ICD-10 and CPT codes.
• Validate coding decisions against documented diagnoses and services.
• Identify incomplete, ambiguous, or inconsistent documentation and apply professional judgement.
• Provide structured feedback to improve coding datasets and workflows.
• Contribute to quality assurance and evaluation standards for coding outputs.
