Job summary

MES Solutions is seeking a Remote Client Coordinator to join our team. The role coordinates and prepares medical claims, records, referrals, and supporting documents for review and processing.

This is a full-time, fully remote position with a Monday–Friday schedule. The hourly wage is $17, with standard duties including data entry, file management, and ensuring documents meet requirements for external vendors and reviewers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year clerical experience.
• Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from clients or their representatives and provide status updates.
• Enter client or claimant information into systems and retrieve data.
• Maintain daily contact with QA regarding workflow and report status.
• Coordinate and update database with provider assignments.
• File and archive open and closed cases.
