Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years clinical or related field experience.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry preferred (workers' comp, no-fault, liability, disability).
• LPN/LVN/RN may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Performs quality assurance review of peer review reports, addendums, or supplemental reviews.
• Ensures rationales are evidence-based and citations are current.
• Verifies client instructions, asks clarifying questions, and ensures compliance with standards.
• Ensures professional quality and proper formatting of reports.
• Confirms proper board specialty review and conflict-free attestation.
• Assists in resolving customer complaints and QA issues as needed.
