Job summary

MES Solutions is seeking a Remote Client Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on coordinating and preparing medical claims, records, referrals, and supporting documentation for review and processing.

You will organize materials from multiple sources, ensure completeness and accuracy, and compile case files for submission to external vendors and reviewers. This is a full-time, EST hours position with fully remote work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel; internet.
• Ability to adhere to HIPAA regulations and privacy standards.
• Must type at least 40 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from clients and others; respond promptly.
• Enter client information into systems and retrieve data.
• Maintain daily contact with QA regarding workflow and status.
• Coordinate with providers for assignment and update databases.
• File and archive open and closed cases; ensure records accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
• Work independently and with team to address questions and timely case handling.
• Direct calls to other departments as needed.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading.
